RECURRENT TRAINING

RECURRENT TRAINING

You have completed your Specific training and possess the knowledge and skills required for professional drone operations. However, maintaining professional flying proficiency requires continuous attention and development.

By training regularly, you keep your knowledge, procedures, and flying skills up to date and remain fully prepared for operational deployment.

Furthermore, an annual recurrent training must be offered as part of an Operational Authorisation. Many companies choose to outsource this requirement. That is why OmniDrones offers the Specific Recurrent Training: a 7-hour, practice-oriented training course for drone pilots who wish to maintain and further develop their knowledge, flying proficiency, and operational skills on a regular basis.

Keep training. Keep developing.
A professional drone pilot never stops developing. Whether you fly weekly, regularly carry out operational missions, or only deploy your drone occasionally, targeted training helps you maintain your knowledge, procedures, and flying proficiency.

The Specific Recurrent Training is not a repeat of your initial training. The focus is on maintaining and further developing the skills you actually need when conducting professional drone operations.

RECURRENT TRAINING.

What do we train?

Keep training. Keep developing.

Knowledge & Procedures We cover relevant developments and topics related to the professional conduct of drone operations. These include current legislation and regulations, developments such as SORA 2.5, operational procedures, and safety-related lessons learned.

The focus is on applying knowledge in practice, ensuring that procedures do not remain theoretical concepts but become an integral part of your daily operations.

Operationele voorbereiding
We train in areas such as flight planning, environmental and risk analysis, operational decision-making, and the implementation of risk mitigation measures.

Praktische vliegvaardigheid
Tijdens het praktijkgedeelte besteden we aandacht aan pre-flight procedures, het uitvoeren van de vlucht en het correct toepassen van operationele procedures.

Emergency procedures
Contingency and emergency procedures are also covered. By practising these scenarios in a practical setting, you remain prepared to act in a controlled and safe manner, even under abnormal operating conditions.
