Professionally prepared for nighttime drone operations
Conducting professional drone operations outside the Uniform Daylight Period (UDP), and therefore in darkness, requires additional knowledge, skills, and operational procedures.
De Night Operations Endorsement Training van OmniDrones is gericht op dronepiloten die zich willen kwalificeren voor nachtelijke operaties binnen een professionele Specific-operatie. De training combineert de benodigde kennis met praktijkgerichte training en sluit aan op de operationele procedures van de organisatie.
The training consists of 1 hour of self-study in preparation, followed by 3 hours of practical training on-site at OmniDrones in Assen.

Training courses from September through March Night flight training courses are offered annually from September through March. During this period, the practical exercises can be carried out in actual darkness.
1 hour of self-study
Prior to the practical training, you will independently work through the preparatory learning materials. These cover the key considerations for nighttime drone operations, ensuring that you are well prepared for the practical training.
3 uur praktijk bij OmniDrones
Na de voorbereiding volgt 3 uur praktijktraining op locatie bij OmniDrones. Onder begeleiding van een ervaren instructeur train je de specifieke vaardigheden voor nachtelijke droneoperaties.
Certificate of Attendance
Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate of completion for the Night Operations Endorsement Training.
Operations Manual & Exemption
Night flights in the Netherlands may only be conducted if they fall within the scope of an Operational Authorisation, including an exemption issued by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT). To obtain this, an appropriate procedure must be documented in the Operations Manual. OmniDrones can provide support throughout this process.

From 2 participants: 10% discount → €585 per person
In-company training is also available for organisations and teams. The course date is arranged in consultation with the participant to ensure that the training can be scheduled at a convenient time.
Certificate of Attendance
Upon completion of the 4-hour training, participants receive an OmniDrones Certificate of Attendance. The certificate confirms that the participant has successfully completed the training, including both the theoretical and practical components.
